Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, depending on your location.Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing fault.

- Jojoba Oil which is great at hydrating, protecting and strengthening the hair.
- Rapeseed Oil, one of the best natural conditioners and detanglers.
- Panthenol, Vitamin B5 to give the hair long lasting moisture, luster and shine.
ANTI
- Silicone, which coats the hair strands and builds up over time and can clog the hair follicles.
- Sodium Chloride, often used as a thickener and can dry out the scalp, causing irritation.
- Synthetic fragrances that are harsh on the skin.
Use your noggin… don’t coat it!
Using a conditioner containing Silicone will coat your scalp. It’s like wearing a band-aid and never taking it off! Sure, it creates a seal to keep hair hydrated from within and ‘healthy-looking’ from the outside, but, it can irritate the scalp and block the nourishing ingredients from penetrating into the hair where it needs to be.
Plus, a build-up of Silicone results in hair that feels heavy, dull and dry, which is never a good look. That’s why many people turn to clarifying shampoos or look to using apple cider vinegar to detoxify.
Take care of your scalp by balancing the natural oils and avoiding irritating ingredients. Reach for a Silicone free Conditioner to protect, nourish and strengthen your hair and tame those pesky split ends with hydrating, plant-based ingredients like Jojoba and Rapeseed Oil.
All the while, a Guar Bean derivative and Vitamin B5 will build strength over time for less breakage. Your hair will be so healthy and vibrant even Becky (with the good hair) will be jealous.
Directions
Squirt once or twice (depending on length) and apply to your mid-lengths and ends first, combing through (fingers or wide tooth comb) massage the excess into your scalp.
