Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing fault.
- Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item.
