Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.
Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
