Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.

Essential Oils, Ingredients & their Benefits: (Note: Dilution rate of Essential Oils at 0.25%)
Buttermilk Powder – Rich in lactic acid and fats; hydrates and gently exfoliates for baby-soft skin. Ideal for soothing nappy rash, cradle cap, or dry patches in little ones, and deeply pampering for tired, stretched pregnancy skin.
Epsom Salt (Pharmaceutical grade) – A classic remedy for stress and sore muscles, Epsom salt is naturally rich in magnesium, which absorbs through the skin and supports muscle relaxation, improved sleep, and reduced inflammation. It’s particularly helpful for easing growing pains in children and alleviating leg cramps or tension during pregnancy, all while promoting a sense of calm.
Colloidal Oatmeal - One of the most beloved ingredients in natural skincare for sensitive skin. Colloidal oatmeal soothes itchiness, redness, and irritation associated with eczema, dry skin, or rashes.
Organic Dried Lavender Flowers – Naturally calming; supports relaxation and skin healing. Lavender flowers bring a gentle aroma to the bath while also offering mild antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Modified Tapioca Starch (Natrasorb Bath) – Used to give bath soaks a luxuriously silky feel, tapioca starch also helps disperse oils evenly throughout the water, preventing them from floating on the surface. This improves skin absorption and reduces the risk of irritation or slick residue. It’s gentle, plant-based, and suitable for very sensitive skin types.
Lavender Essential Oil – Soothes both the skin and nervous system—helping settle restlessness, anxiety, and bedtime battles.
Sweet Orange Peel Oil – Sweet Orange oil adds a joyful, citrusy aroma that helps lift mood and reduce anxiety. It’s one of the mildest essential oils, making it suitable for use with children and during pregnancy. It also contains natural antibacterial properties and supports a sense of emotional lightness and comfort.
Frankincense Essential Oil – A deeply grounding and spiritually calming oil, Frankincense has been used for centuries for its healing properties. In the bath, it supports skin regeneration, reduces inflammation, and promotes emotional balance. Especially beneficial for pregnant women seeking calm, or for overstimulated children needing to wind down.

Safety & Usage: Our bath salts are crafted with 100% natural & naturally-derived, high-quality botanical and essential oils to support healthy, radiant skin.
Add 2–4 tablespoons to warm running bath water and swirl to dissolve. Soak for 10–20 minutes to allow the creamy blend to soften skin and calm the senses.
For babies or young children, use 1–2 tablespoons per bath. Always ensure water temperature is lukewarm and never too hot.
We recommend the following precautions to ensure safe and optimal use:
