Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, depending on your location.Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing fault.

Description: Castor Oil (Ricinus communis), used since Egyptian times as a folk remedy for a wide variety of ailments. Nature’s Shield unrefined castor oil is certified organic and sustainable and is cold-press extracted, for preservation of its naturally derived qualities.

Uses: Skin Care, Hair care, Massage.
This product is free of Hexane.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- It soothes dry skin. Nature’s Shield cold pressed castor seeds yield superior quality oil which is excellent for massage.
- It can be applied on skin, hair, nails and joints .A very light coat on your eyebrows and hair acts as a glossy serum.
- Massage - Castor Oil is also one of the few carrier oils that can be used as an emulsifying agent. In cosmetics applications, Castor Oil can be used in creams & lotions, body butters, soaps and massage products . Try a skin patch test prior to apply.

Very glad to inform that we have now implemented our much ambitious plastic free supply chain programme for Organic Castor oil. This means our raw material ( Organic Castor oil ) comes in steel drums from overseas , stored in stainless steel tanks and gets filled into the glass bottles using made in Australia filling machines .
FAQ:
Q: Are they coming in Glass Bottles ?.
A:Actually this is the most common question we are getting and YES they ( all sizes ) are available in glass bottles .
Q: Do Castor Oil have a thick smell?
A: Any good quality un refined , cold pressed raw castor oil do have a thick nutty/earthy smell which may vary as it is a natural product . You will feel that especially when opening the bottle and will be really mild once applied on the skin.
If this is still an issue try adding few drops of essential oils like rosemary or peppermint before applying on the skin .
