Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, depending on your location.Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing fault.
- Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item.

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is a highly effective adrenal tonic traditionally used in China for thousands of years, for alleviating stress and adrenal fatigue. Licorice helps prevent the breakdown of adrenal hormones including cortisol (the body’s main stress hormone), which makes these hormones more available to the body. Poor adrenal gland function can contribute to poor sleep patterns. Consuming licorice tea before bed can help improve sleep and assist with feeling more refreshed and alert when you wake. Licorice is also a wonderful anti-inflammatory, and immune-herb.
Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum) with its licorice-like taste has been used historically to treat sleeplessness and insomnia. Aniseed is also a great digestive herb, relieving wind and upset stomachs, due to its calmative effect.
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare,) similar to aniseed, has a lovely licorice-like aroma and taste. It is used to improve digestive issues such as bloating, indigestion, colic and wind as it helps relax the smooth muscles in the intestines (anti-spasmodic).
Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) is a valuable herb commonly used by herbalist in the treatment of anxiety and insomnia. Valerian has a sedative action that calms the central nervous system, allowing the body and mind to relax.
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate) is commonly used to provide relief from anxiety and anxiety related problems such as insomnia. It has a calming effect on the body and mind due to it helping boost GABA levels in the brain, which is our brain chemical that helps us feel relaxed and aids sleep.
