Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.

Local Pick Up


FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.

After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

What's not covered

  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

How returns are processed

  • Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
  • If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.

Thinning hair, breakage or outright hair loss getting you down? It's time to take control and get started on your hair growth journey. Warning - we're about to get a little science-y on you, but rest assured these are all naturally derived ingredients.
We started with 2-Deoxy-D-Ribose, a sugar that improves the regeneration of hair follicles, stimulating hair growth. To give your hair an even greater chance of growth, Caffeine will be working hard to improve the blood flow to the hair follicles. Continuing to promote growth and thicker hair over time. Next on the list is Rosemary Oil, not only does it smell good, it also has anti-inflammatory properties to keep your scalp happy and healthy. Ultimately reducing the occurrence of any unnecessary hair loss.
To top it off, we added Sodium Alginate, made from Seaweed, helping to promote absorption of the active ingredients as well as hydrating the scalp.
By improving the health of your scalp to reduce breakage, and simulating your hair follicles, you'll see growth so good, it'll be time to book in for a haircut! And that's a great problem to have.
Directions
Before going to bed, massage one to two pumps of serum onto your scalp in the affected area. Most people like to wash it out in the morning, but rinsing is not crucial. Repeat every night to see results from 6 weeks onwards.
