Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.

NaturoElite's Menopause Day Formula has been formulated to provide support to women who are suffering symptoms of menopause. It is designed to be taken in the morning and in combination with NaturoElite Menopause Night Formula at night.
This formula contains herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support oestrogen levels, reduce hot flushes and irritability associated with perimenopause and menopause.
Shatavari as the patented SheVari™ is currently being clinically trialled in menopausal women with the results due in early 2025. SheVari™ is standardised to contain 5% Shatavarin, the active constituent in Shatavari responsible for its many beneficial effects on hormone balance, cognition, mood and libido. In fact, the word Shatavari, in Sanskrit translates to "she who possesses a hundred husbands"!
Red clover is a herb commonly prescribed to women to support healthy oestrogen levels and reduce hot flushes during menopause.
Menopause can be a stressful time for many women and their partners. Our formulation includes ingredients traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support nervous system and adrenal gland health such as St John’s Wort and Rehmannia.
Black cohosh is used traditionally in Western herbal medicine for both hot flushes during menopause and as a selective oestrogen receptor modulator.
Saffron as the patented Affron® has shown positive results in many clinical trials, helping to relieve the symptoms of stress, tension and irritability while improving sleep quality.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules daily. For best results, take in the morning and take Calm & Sleep Support and Menopause Night Formula at night. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Warnings
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. St John’s Wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including the oral contraceptive pill. Consult your doctor. In very rare cases black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor. Not suitable for women with high oestrogen levels.
