Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, depending on your location.Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.
Local Pick Up
FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How returns are processed
- Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
- If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.

Description
NaturoElite Menopause Night Formula is specifically formulated to support menopausal women who are experiencing difficulty getting to sleep and/or night sweats. It may be used in combination with NaturoElite Calm & Sleep Support.
Hops is used in this formulation, a herb often used in sleep formulas, that is also oestrogenic. This makes it ideal for women who are going through menopause.
If you are a woman who has low oestrogen levels or are suffering sleep issues and night sweats associated with menopause, we recommend taking this formula at night in combination with Menopause Day Formula, which is taken during the day.
This formulation contains Valerian, Hops and Zizyphus, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to induce sleep and relieve restless sleep. In addition, Zizyphus helps to relieve night sweats associated with menopause alongside Sage.
For women who have high oestrogen levels, we recommend using this formula for short-term use only until sleep patterns are re-established.
