Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Processing times may be delayed during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. A tracking number will be provided where available. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders at or above $250.Orders below $250 are subject to a flat rate $12.95 shipping fee.

Local Pick Up


FREE local pick up available during business hours from Thrive Boutique (50 Sanger Street, Corowa). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting and contact us if you are unsure of our opening hours that week.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing (in-store and online).

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item has a manufacturing fault or is not as described.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thriveboutique.com.au with your order number, photos and details of the fault.

After 14 days, issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a return.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

What's not covered

  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Damage caused by washing, incorrect care, or misuse.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

How returns are processed

  • Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If deemed faulty by our team, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available).
  • If a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense unless we are at fault.

  • Grape Seed to soothe skin without clogging your pores, improving acne and the skin's barrier function.
  • Castor Oil is high in Vitamin E to nourish the skin and act as a carrier oil for the other cleansing oils in this formula.
  • Jojoba and Rice Bran oil to draw out dirt and impurities, giving your skin a deep cleanse.

 

ANTI

  • Synthetic foaming agents including DEA and TEA.
  • Sulphates, that strip the skin of its natural oils, drying out the skin and often causing an overproduction of sebum.
  • Synthetic fragrances that are harsh on the skin.

A deep, cleansing oil to double down on lingering make-up and excess sebum.

We love a multi-tasker, and our facial cleansing oil will perform to your gold star standard time and time again. Using the law of attraction, we use Grapeseed, Castor, Jojoba and Rice Bran oils to draw out excess oils like sebum, dirt, make-up and even sunscreen lodged deep within your pores. But no stress, this oil based cleanser will leave those essential, 'good' oils alone so there's no stripping fear here.

By double cleansing with an Oil Cleanser, you're preventing pesky breakouts and the signs of dry, ageing skin. So as always, this cleanser is certainly suitable for all skin types. We added some of our skin soothing faves too, including Vitamin E to nourish, Avocado Oil to calm redness and Coriander Oil to help clear skin. Use this golden drop for a facial cleanse or massage all over your body, 'cause skincare doesn't finish with your face!

Directions

Squirt a pump or two of Oil Cleanser into your hands, massage into dry skin, add a little water for a deep clean and wash off with a face cloth. If you're not a fan of the healthy residual oils, have very oily skin or have make-up on, we recommend double cleansing with our regular Cleanser.
